Evan McKinnon

Evan McKinnon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Evan started their career at Valard Construction LP in 2005 as a Project Assistant and later became a Quality Manager. During this time, they also served as a Journeyman Lineman, gaining valuable skills and knowledge in distribution construction, troubleshooting, transmission maintenance, and communication installation.

In 2016, Evan joined Voltage Power Ltd. as a Program Manager and later took on the role of Project Manager. Evan successfully managed various projects until 2020 when they moved to Valard Construction LP as a Construction Manager.

Most recently, Evan joined Bird Construction in 2022 as a Project Manager, where they continue to excel in their role. Overall, Evan's work experience reflects their expertise in project management and their diverse background in construction and powerline technician duties.

From 2008 to 2011, Evan McKinnon attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) where they completed a degree in Electrical and Power Transmission and earned the title of Red Seal Journeyman.
