Frederick Vine

Frederick Vine, P.Eng., GCS, currently serves as the Director of Pre-construction at Bird Construction, a role held since January 2020. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Vine previously held leadership positions as Director of Project Development at Clark Builders and Director of Business Development at EllisDon, where responsibilities included regional business development and project management for significant commercial and healthcare projects. Vine's earlier roles include Construction Manager positions at Resiance and EllisDon, and serving as President of Vine & Vine Contracting, overseeing all operations and project management for a commercial general contracting firm. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Management Development Certificate from the University of Calgary.
