Geoff Capelle

Geoff Capelle is the Director of Project Development & Collaborative Delivery at Bird Construction, where Geoff focuses on developing strategic projects in Industrial construction. Prior to this role, Geoff worked as a Project Development Manager at P1 Consulting, providing advisory services in construction, corporate real estate, facilities management, infrastructure, and procurement. Geoff also has experience in commercial leasing development and operations at Cineplex Entertainment. Geoff holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, an M.Sc. in Urban Planning and Urban Regeneration from The University of Manchester, and a B.A. in Sociology & Global Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
