Graeme Crich

Graeme Crich has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Graeme most recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bird Construction starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Recruiter at Aerotek from August 2021 to October 2022, where they also served as a Recruiting Sourcer (Intern) for a brief period in June and July 2021.

In 2020, Graeme worked as an HR Technician (Contract) at Saputo Inc., where they led recruitment efforts for a new dairy plant in Port Coquitlam, including large-scale hiring in various positions such as production workers, skilled tradespeople, drivers, and office staff.

Before joining Saputo, Graeme gained experience as an HR Assistant (Co-op) at ICONIX Waterworks in 2019, supporting recruitment for multiple positions across Western Canada and US branches. Their responsibilities included hiring water meter technicians, inside sales reps, warehouse workers, and skilled tradespeople.

In 2018, Graeme worked as an HR/HSE Support (Co-op) at Plan Group Inc., where they assisted with recruitment for commercial and institutional projects in BC. This involved hiring electricians, telecommunications technicians, estimators, and project managers.

Graeme's earlier work experience includes a co-op role as an Underwriting Assistant in the Commercial Lines department at Economical Insurance in 2017. Graeme also worked as a Guest Relations/Golf Cart Driver at West Coast Golf Group from 2016 to 2017.

Additionally, in 2018, Graeme briefly attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business and Law.
