Jim Ward

Jim Ward is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and project management, particularly in the field of Architectural Woodwork. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Bird Construction since January 2024, Jim has held significant roles including Pre-Construction Manager and Chief AWW Estimator at H2I Group, Inc. from March 2021 to November 2023. Prior experience includes positions as an Estimator at Bockstael Construction Limited, Senior Estimator at Three Way Builders, and Senior Estimator at ISEC, Inc. Jim's expertise encompasses estimating high-profile projects valued up to 25 million dollars, as well as managing millwork projects up to 1 million dollars at Frontier Woodworks. Jim began a career in craftsmanship as a Cabinet Maker at Richters Woodcraft, effectively laying the groundwork for a successful trajectory in the construction industry.
