John Wright

John Wright currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Bird Construction, a role begun in July 2023, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning, implementing performance measurements, promoting brand recognition, and managing change and communications programs, as well as overseeing the national ESG program. Prior to this position, John spent over three decades at Eagle's Flight, where as President of Leadership Development, John contributed to the growth of the Leadership Development and Culture change practice. John's career at Eagle's Flight also included roles such as SVP of Leadership Development, VP of Sales and Facilitation, and various sales positions. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Sports Psychology from Western University, obtained in 1989.
