Kevin Read is a seasoned leader in the construction and off-site solutions sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Offsite Solutions at Bird Construction since March 2024. With extensive experience as Director for both the Modular Building Institute and the UNB Off-site Construction Research Centre since 2021, Kevin has also held significant roles in Canadian Council for MBI and the Dean's Advisory Council at Mount Royal University. Previously, Kevin was the President & Chief Executive Officer of Nomodic until October 2023 and has held various positions including Vice-President Operations, Business Development Manager, and Project Manager at Telematic Controls. Kevin co-owned Diamondback Construction during its startup phase and contributed to the Advisory Board of Sport for Change Events Co. Educationally, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business & Entrepreneurship in Small Business from Mount Royal University.
