Leanne Berry

Leanne Berry holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People and Culture at Bird Construction since February 2022, Leanne leads HR initiatives for the Buildings West division. Previously, Leanne was the Human Resources Manager for Lafarge Canada from June 2013 to February 2022, acting as a strategic business partner for multiple cement plants and logistics functions throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager for Southern Alberta at Lafarge, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Enbridge, and Director of Operations at Canada Diagnostic Centres, where operational and HR leadership were key responsibilities. Leanne is also a certified HR professional, holding credentials as a CPHR, SHRM-SCM, and MCIPD.
