Mathew Koshy

Mathew Koshy is an experienced estimator with a strong background in construction and project management. Currently serving at Bird Construction since April 2021, Koshy has held similar roles at PCL Construction and Warlyn Construction Ltd. prior to that. Koshy's career began with positions at Cardel Homes and Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows, transitioning from design consultancy to estimation. Additionally, experience includes co-op and part-time roles, such as Assistant Project Manager at PWGSC and Architectural Draftsman. Koshy holds a degree in Architecture Project and Facility Management from Conestoga College and has furthered education in Supply Chain Management at the University of Waterloo.
