Michael McGoldrick has had a diverse range of work experiences in the construction industry. Michael began their career as a Civil Engineering Technology Graduate at Okanagan College in 2012, where they gained a solid foundation in various aspects of civil engineering and urbanization in Canada.

In 2014, they worked as a Project Engineer at Emil Anderson Construction, where they contributed to the planning and execution of construction projects. Later that year, they transitioned to Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. as a Jr Project Manager, further developing their project management skills.

From 2015 to 2017, Michael worked at Cruise Ship Glass as a Project Manager, overseeing the installation and maintenance of glass projects on various cruise ships worldwide. During this time, they traveled extensively, working on different ships and locations.

In 2017, Michael joined Yellowridge Construction Ltd as a Project Manager and held this position until 2021. Their responsibilities included managing construction projects from start to finish.
