Nathan Lawrence

Nathan Lawrence is currently the Director of Optimization & Efficiency at Bird Construction, where they lead initiatives to enhance operational improvements and drive cost reduction using lean methodologies. With a background that includes roles as Director of Quality and Senior Manager of Quality at Stuart Olson Industrial Inc., Nathan has demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance throughout their career. They began their professional journey as an Electrician and have held various positions across different companies, including Lead Hand and Foreperson at PTW Energy Services. Nathan continues their education at both NAIT and Lakeland College.
