Prateek P.

Prateek P. is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Estimating Manager for Procurement in Buildings East at Bird Construction since June 2025. Prior to this position, Prateek held the role of Pre-Construction Director at Chandos Construction for five months in early 2025. Prateek's career at Bird Construction began in October 2017, progressing through various roles including Estimating Manager for Buildings Ontario, Senior Estimator, Estimator, and Lead Estimator. Earlier experience includes working as an Estimator at EllisDon from July 2014 to October 2017 and holding positions such as Jr. Project Manager and Project Coordinator at Morley Hoppner Limited. Prateek also has a background as a Field Engineering Technician at Kenaidan Contracting Ltd. and has been involved in CAD and surveying work with the City of Brantford. Prateek holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology Advanced Diploma from Mohawk College.
