Rob McGrath is currently the President of Commercial Buildings at Synergy Group of Companies, overseeing project delivery and execution for commercial buildings across Canada. They previously held the title of President at Synergy Projects Ltd from 2018 to 2024 and have extensive experience in project management from their time at PCL between 2001 and 2018. Rob also served on the Board of Directors for the Edmonton Construction Association from 2017 to 2022, contributing significantly to the organization and its initiatives. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa in 2004.
