Scott Smith

Scott Smith, MBA, P.Eng., is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Construction Manager and previously as Sr Project Manager for Bird Construction since July 2010, Scott oversees significant projects, including the East Rail Maintenance Facility in Whitby. Prior roles include President and Owner of Taycott Enterprises, where expertise in project management for retail and light industrial projects was developed, and Director of Construction at Rochon Building Corporation, focusing on retail commercial projects and achieving notable revenue increases. Earlier experience includes managing construction and development at Frum Development Group. Scott holds an MBA in finance from Melbourne Business School and a Civil Engineering degree from Queen's University.
