Zane Weal

Zane Weal has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Zane started as an Engineering Assistant (Co-op) at The City of Regina in 2013 and later worked as a Traffic Engineering/Technical Student (Co-op) at The City of Calgary in 2014. In 2017, they joined Emil Anderson Construction as a Project Engineer for a few months before transitioning to Wildstone Construction Group. At Wildstone, Zane held multiple roles, including Project Coordinator and Project Manager, where they gained experience in project delivery methods such as Stipulated Price, Design-Build Stipulated Sum, and Construction Management. Zane was involved in various aspects of project management, including team leadership, client and consultant relationships, project scheduling, procurement, cost management, contract management, and subcontractor management. In 2021, Zane became a Co-Founder / Real Estate Investor at Vesta Group Holdings Ltd., and in 2022, they joined Bird Construction as a Project Manager.

Zane Weal attended The University of British Columbia from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Civil Engineering.
