Wilson Hui

Senior Technical Account Manager at Bird

Wilson Hui has over 25 years of work experience in technical support, project management, and account management. Wilson started their career in Ericsson Hong Kong as a Senior Support Engineer in 1996 and worked there for four years. Then, they joined Level 3 Communications and worked as a Senior Technical Customer Account Manager for a year. After that, they joined Logica as a Project Manager for two years. Later, they joined Zi Corporation as a Professional Services Manager for six years, followed by Skype, Engagement Engineering, Microsoft as a Partner Technical Consultant for five years. Wilson worked in Twilio as a Senior Manager for Technical Support, APJ for seven years, and currently, they are working in MessageBird as a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Wilson Hui obtained a master's degree in E-Commerce & Internet Computing from The University of Hong Kong from 2002 to 2004. Wilson also obtained several certifications including "ISO 27001:2013-Compliant Cybersecurity: Getting Started," "Intro to Service Management with ITIL© 4," "Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Cert Prep: 1 Cloud Concepts," and "Quality Management Foundations" from LinkedIn in March 2023.
