Russell Geisthardt

Russell Geisthardt, PhD, is the Chief Metrologist at Bird Technologies, where they manage the internal calibration lab and maintain ISO 17025 accreditation. Previously, they worked as a Metrologist and Quality Engineer at Keysight Technologies, developing calibration procedures and providing data analysis. Russell has a rich academic background, holding a BA in Physics from Lawrence University and both a Master's and PhD in Physics from Colorado State University. They also have experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and conducted significant research in photovoltaics and optics throughout their career.
