Roopal Kumar

Roopal Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of Salesforce development. Roopal started their career in 2014 as a Senior Salesforce Developer at CRMScience Solutions LLP, where they worked until October 2016. Roopal then joined Fiserv as a Sr. Salesforce Developer in July 2017 and transitioned to the role of Salesforce Analyst in April 2019. In November 2019, Roopal moved to Nagarro as an Associate Team Lead. Currently, they are employed at Birdeye as a Sr Salesforce Developer, starting from April 2021.

Roopal Kumar completed their education from 2008 to 2012 at JSS Academy Of Technical Education Noida, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I from Salesforce in June 2020 and Copado Admin from Copado in May 2020.
