Sachin Gupta

Sachin Gupta has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sachin started their career at Cramer, Amdocs OSS Division in 2008, where they worked as a Subject Matter Expert from July 2008 to October 2010, and then as a Sr. Subject Matter Expert from November 2010 to September 2013. In 2013, they joined Simplion Technologies as a Lead Associate and held this role until September 2016. During the same period, they also worked at Birdeye as a Tech Lead from October 2013 to September 2016. After that, they continued their journey at Birdeye and held the position of Engineering Manager from September 2016 to October 2020. Currently, Sachin Gupta is working at Birdeye as the Director of Business Operations and Services, a role they assumed in November 2020. In this role, they are responsible for designing and executing Salesforce and other internal services architecture, building teams, and driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Sachin Gupta completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from the years 2001 to 2004. Sachin then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2008.
