Thomas Baldry

Thomas Baldry is an experienced software developer and entrepreneur with a strong background in engineering and computer systems. Since January 2021, Thomas has been serving as both Lead Developer and Senior Developer at Birdi. In addition, Thomas is the founder of NineMile Software, which offers innovative surfboard design solutions through a state-of-the-art tool and associated CAM software. Previously, Thomas worked as a Software Engineer at AKU Shaper, where significant advancements in motion control systems were achieved, including a cost-effective solution for synchronising actuator motion. Thomas has also contributed to Surf Life Saving Australia as a lifeguard. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering from Queensland University of Technology and a high school diploma from The Southport School.
