Spring H. is the founder and CEO of Star Strong Capital, a direct lending investment firm focused on opportunities with emerging companies in credit and private equity markets, emphasizing enterprise value through diverse management teams early in their growth cycle. They currently serve as a Director for The BOMA Project (2020–Present) and SUNation Energy (since 2024) and as Interim Chief Executive Officer of BirdieBox (since 2025). Their past roles include Managing Director at Deutsche Bank (2000–2009), Partner at Briargate Capital (2009–2012), Portfolio Manager at Park Cities Asset Management (2017–2019), and COO at Digital Contact (2015–2017), along with Associate positions at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft (1997–1999) and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (1999–2000).
