Jonathan B. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jonathan began their career as a Design Engineer Intern at HP, where they worked for two summers. Jonathan then joined Agilent Technologies as a Design Engineer. Jonathan then moved on to Robinson Helicopter Company, where they worked as a Design Engineer, overseeing the design of components and assemblies for a turbine helicopter.

After their time at Robinson Helicopter Company, Jonathan joined Air Comm Corporation as a Project Engineer, managing helicopter air conditioning and bleed air heater system projects. Jonathan then transitioned to Air Management Technology, where they served as the Engineering Manager, coordinating activities related to fixed-wing product development and engineering services.

Next, Jonathan joined Sierra Nevada Corporation, initially as a Mechanical Engineer and later as an Associate Program Manager. In these roles, they led engineering teams in various aircraft integration projects and contributed to the management and execution of a multimillion-dollar contract for the US Air Force.

Jonathan's career then took him to Air Comm Corporation again, where they held successive roles as Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering. In these positions, they oversaw engineering groups and was responsible for bid and proposal management, design, analysis, test, certification, and production support of various systems for aviation applications.

Before their current position, Jonathan worked as a Senior Engineering Consultant, providing design, analysis, testing, and coaching services to clients as a self-employed professional. Currently, Jonathan is a Talent Acquisition Executive at Vitalency, LLC, where they utilize their expertise in recruiting and talent management to support the company's hiring needs.

Jonathan B. attended the Colorado School of Mines from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
