Birdsall are an innovative company with a 48-year track record of delivering energy efficiency and environmental solutions to our clients. Innovation is at the centre of our business, it is crucial to our continued development & success. We are extremely proud of our heritage, growth and success. Over the past four years the business has grown by 140% to £11million and employee numbers have grown by 105% to 82.
Started by Barry Birdsall who is now our chairman back in 1975, the ship is now steered by son Paul Birdsall our Managing Director and daughter Lynne Culliton our HR Director, we put family at the core of the company and are proud that many of our employees recommend other family members and friends to join the team, it is paramount to our success that we curate a culture of loyalty, trust, respect and support.
We have an impressive client base that we continue to grow through recommendations and word of mouth. We strive to achieve the highest standards, delivered by proud and professional people, that train, develop and progress with us.  We have long standing relationships with large well known brands such as Skanska, Kew Gardens, Sky and Merlin Entertainments to name just a few.

Our Vision
We have really exciting aspirations for the future. With 50 years experience, there isn’t much we haven’t seen, we have journeyed through two recessions and come out of those even stronger as a result of our forward thinking resilience. We pride ourselves on offering a level of service that exceeds our customers’ expectations, we empower and encourage initiative from all of our staff to improve and develop our services and relationships. We don’t just want to grow over the coming years, we want to continue to raise our standards and look for new and innovative solutions, we endeavour to put sustainability at the core of our services and behaviours to ensure the very best future for our planet.
