Cat Chen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic planning, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Birdy Grey. As the Founder of Skylar, Cat Chen also held the positions of Founder and CEO. Previous roles include a significant tenure at The Honest Company as Vice President of Operations, along with leadership positions as Senior Director and Director of Strategic Planning. Additionally, Cat Chen contributed to Activision as Senior Manager and Manager of Sales Planning & Analysis.
