Leaders in smart bird control since 2012

Birdzout with a ‘Z’ for zero birds

It started when we recognised that, for some businesses, threats don’t come only from competitors. They can come from the natural world. Pest birds wreck crops, disrupt travel, destroy infrastructure. In 2024 alone, global losses caused by pest birds were estimated at NZ$6.39 billion.

No one-size-fits-all

At Birdzout, we know that every client site is unique. Every bird problem is different. That’s why we custom-build solutions in-house, to meet your exact requirements. We listen, assess, and engineer. Most of all, we get it right for your business.

Values we live by

We act with honesty and integrity, and you can rely on us to deliver. We share knowledge to help others grow and bring energy and commitment to everything we do. We care deeply for the environment and we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of those around us.

From our West Coast to the world

From a small start-up on the West Coast to a global mission, we help protect businesses across the world from pest birds. Whether on sun-baked orchards in the southern hemisphere or the busiest airports on the planet. Here’s to smarter bird control.

Innovation takes flight

Technology has transformed many industries, so why not wildlife control too? In particular, those pesky pest birds. We started in 2012 by pulling apart existing products. We studied what worked and what didn’t, and got down to creating smarter, stronger, more effective, humane solutions.

The world’s natural testing ground

From rugged farms to busy airports, windswept hills to coastal vineyards, we have every kind of environment to test our ideas and solutions. New Zealand’s landscapes give us an advantage. Combining our knowledge of pest bird behaviour with leading-edge technology, we aim to create the best solutions.
