Birla Hi-Tech Machines builds tissue paper conversion machines — paper napkin machines, toilet roll rewinders, and multi-colour printing machines — engineered to European standards at Indian prices.
Founded in 1999 by Ashwani Birla, the company is the third generation of a family that has been building tissue machines since 1977. Our grandfather invented India's first automatic paper napkin folding machine. The President of India gave him an award for it in 1986. Every tissue machine manufacturer in India today traces their technical roots back to that invention.
We build differently. Japanese bearings. European pneumatics. Siemens automation. An 18-month warranty — the longest offered by any Indian tissue machine manufacturer. Machines that run for 20 years, not 5.
1,200+ machines delivered. 150+ clients. 22 countries. 49 years of family manufacturing behind every one of them.
If you manufacture tissue products, are evaluating machines for import, or are entering the tissue business for the first time — this page is worth following. We publish practical content on machine selection, tissue market trends, and manufacturing economics. No promotions. No filler.
