Stephani Lane is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as a Senior US HR Business Partner at BISC Global since November 2021, Stephani previously held the position of HR Business Partner for The Village Automotive Group, where initiatives for 350 employees were executed. Prior experience includes directing business operations and HR functions at Coppersmith Boston, and managing teams as a General Manager at Nordstrom Restaurant Division and Yard House Restaurants.
