Philipp Wegener

Philipp Wegener is a highly experienced chemist with a strong background in research and development, currently serving as the Director of Central Development at Bischof+Klein since November 2025. Prior to this role, Philipp held various positions at tesa from September 2017 to September 2025, including Laboratory Manager for Printing & Packaging Solutions, Laboratory Manager for Novel PSA Chemistry, and Research Chemist for Novel PSA Chemistry, along with a role as Product Developer for Masking Solutions. Philipp's academic credentials include a Dr. rer. nat. in Chemistry from the University of Münster, and additional studies at the University of Toronto and the University of Auckland, complemented by a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree, both in Chemistry, also obtained from the University of Münster.
