Mark Goodwin

Mark Goodwin has extensive experience in cybersecurity, starting with roles in the United States Air Force as an Offensive Cyberspace Operations Lead and Executive Officer. Mark then moved to the National Security Agency as a Computer Network Operations Operator. Mark also co-owned Aspire, LLC, a Cyber Security Training business. Currently, Mark is the Director of Operations at Bishop Fox, where they have held various leadership roles, including Managing Principal and Managing Senior Operator. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation, team leadership, and operational excellence in the cybersecurity field.

Mark Goodwin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Mark also attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University during the same period. In 2014, they obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA. Mark later went on to acquire the GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) certification from SANS Institute in 2015, the GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) certification in 2018, and the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification from Offensive Security in 2019.
