Bishvil Haetgar (Hebrew for “for the challenge”) was founded by two experienced partners, Aviad Mantzour and Gadi Ben Nun, with the goal of connecting and empowering people through guided experiences in nature. 
We believe in focusing on the people behind the titles, helping them out of their comfort zones to an authentic experience where they can learn how to cope with challenges in life and work, set and achieve goals, and strengthen team work and leadership skills. Our participants benefit from a unique experience that is enjoyable, interesting, and practical, designed to focus on achieving goals defined by the organization.
Led by a team of skilled founders with extensive experience managing diverse teams in various industries, Bishvil Haetgar creates custom experiences and activities to fit the participants capabilities, personalities, and limitations, as well as the organization’s objectives.
