Siim Pille

Siim Pille is currently the Head of Hardware Engineering at Bisly, where they manage hardware engineering topics in building automation, focusing on manufacturing, design updates, and new product development. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at Skeleton Technologies, where they guided teams through all development steps, managed budgets, ensured Scrum adherence, and implemented quality processes in electronics. Siim's early career involved designing and testing UWB-based indoor positioning systems and they possess extensive knowledge of isolation, environmental, and EMC standards for various applications. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering and a Master’s degree in Communicative Electronics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
