Jonathan Raphael is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Biso since May 2022, Jonathan has previously held positions including Software Engineer at Cappta, where responsibilities included payment solutions and sales management software, and Founding Partner at Ajuda Garantida, where Jonathan contributed to the development of a SaaS product and participated in an acceleration program. Jonathan’s earlier roles include Junior Site Operator at Simpress and Young Administrative Apprentice at Tereos, where significant impact was made through the development of management systems and efficiency improvements. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Universidade Federal do Pampa, a Computer Technician diploma from ETEC, and various complementary courses in software development and design patterns.
