Bison Historical Services Ltd. was established in 1986 to provide high-quality archaeological expertise to government and industry. During the past 25 years we have completed more than 1,500 studies, and have been involved in some of the largest and most significant archaeological investigations undertaken in Alberta. We provide the full range of services relating to historical resources and the Historical Resource Act (HRA) clearance process, such as Historical Resource Overviews (HROs), Historical Resource Impact Assessments (HRIAs), Impact Mitigation (HRIMs), Palaeontological studies, and First Nations Consultations.
