Will Bernitsky

Will Bernitsky has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Will most recently served as the Vice President of Finance and Project Management at Bison, where they played a key role in corporate development and operations. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Circle 9 Resources. Will also gained valuable experience at PwC as a Deals Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions, where they led integration planning and execution for a major pipeline and gathering asset purchase. Will also conducted due diligence efforts for private equity firms. Will holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the SMU Cox School of Business and has previous internships at Verge Venture Capital and Wellkeeper Incorporated.

Will Bernitsky started their education at The Albuquerque Academy, where they attended from 1997 to 2004. After completing high school, they went on to study at Brown University from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. During their time at Brown, they also spent a year at UNSW, where they focused on International Economics. Later, in 2012, Will enrolled at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Energy Finance and Accounting, graduating in 2014.
