Xavier B. has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they were a Java developer intern at the Ministère de la Défense. The following year, they had a part-time job as a Java developer at the same company. In 2011, they were a Java/PHP developer intern at Chongqing Global Zenith Information Technology Co. Ltd., where they were responsible for website upgrades using the Drupal framework and making POS Android/iPhone applications for restaurants' management. In 2012, they had a part-time job as a Web&Mobile developer at ZenSoon. In 2013, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Intacct Corporation. In 2014, they were an Information System Manager China at Ascendeo, where they were responsible for ERP development using Ofbiz, supply chain external application discussions with custom Dynamic NAV ERP Webservices, product development projects using Symfony 2, and network installation and maintenance. In 2015, they were a Software Engineer at AsiaInspection. Finally, in 2016, they were a Co-Founder & CTO at Bistrochat, a modern restaurant booking and loyalty platform. Xavier's duties included automating the consolidation of bookings from all channels into one table management system, managing replies by chat to take bookings, and providing an integrated loyalty program, CRM, multi-lingual support, guests preferences & statistics, unlimited bookings, accounts for staff, gift cards, vouchers, and Wifi portals for guests.

Xavier B. has an extensive education history. Xavier obtained their high school diploma from Lycée militaire de Saint-cyr in 2008, followed by a Master's degree in Software Engineering from EPITECH - European Institute of Technology in 2013. In the same year, they completed two courses from the University of California, Berkeley through edX, CS-169.2x Software as a Service, Computer Science and CS-169.1x Software as a Service, Computer Science. Xavier also attended Beijing Jiaotong University from 2011 to 2012 and Chongqing University in 2010, where they received a Certificate of Completion in Chinese and Software Engineering. In addition, Xavier has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Y Combinator, Code School, and Pluralsight.
