Bas Roos is the CEO and Founder of Bistroo.nl, a next-generation food platform actively seeking to connect restaurants, product suppliers, and food service parties. They founded Entropy in 2017, providing multidisciplinary services focused on technology knowledge, management workshops, and consultancy. Prior to these roles, Bas held positions at EY as an Information Technology & Risk Advisor, and at Mebin as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Bas earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, and Dutch Law from Avans Hogeschool Den Bosch.
