Itay Bartal

Itay Bartal is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Head of Product at bit since August 2025, Bartal previously held the position of Director of Product Management for Game Experience at Playtika, where a cross-studio product initiative was spearheaded to enhance player experience through performance and personalization. Bartal also led the Marketing product group at Playtika, implementing a data-driven approach in a digital transformation effort. Prior to this, Bartal spent over two decades in various roles within Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, culminating in the leadership of the Product Quality Department, overseeing advanced product-oriented services and development standards. Bartal holds an MBA in Organizational Systems from Peres Academic Center and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Holon Institute of Technology.
