Ben Newman

Ben Newman has a diverse work experience in the field of biological sciences. Ben is currently working at bit.bio as a Senior Scientist and the Pluripotent Stem Cell Platform Lead since July 2022. Ben previously worked at the same company as a Scientist in the Pluripotent Stem Cell Platform from May 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Ben worked at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, where they served as a Senior Research Assistant in the Gene Editing Team from January 2020 to May 2021. Ben also held the position of Advanced Research Assistant at the institute from February 2017 to January 2020. Before joining the Wellcome Sanger Institute, Ben worked at Axol Bioscience Ltd., where they were employed as a Production Coordinator from August 2015 to February 2017 and as a Production and Logistics Assistant from February 2015 to July 2015.

Ben Newman earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Kent. Ben completed their studies from 2010 to 2013.
