Cynthia Wu is a seasoned professional in financial product development and business strategy, currently serving as Founding Partner and COO at Matrixport since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing overseas business development, sales, and marketing across various financial services. Prior to Matrixport, Cynthia held the position of Investment Director at Bitmain, focusing on the development of crypto financial products and strategic investments in the blockchain sector. Cynthia's extensive experience also includes roles at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, where as Vice President, involvement encompassed commodities product development, institutional sales, and collaboration with regulatory bodies. Earlier career highlights include serving as Assistant Vice President at Noble Group, where Cynthia led freight business operations in China. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in International and Public Affairs from The University of Hong Kong, along with various educational experiences in international relations and maritime studies.
