Dylan Trotter

Dylan Trotter is a Founding Partner at Bit Complete, where he works with companies to define and achieve their business goals through software. Prior to that, he was a Staff Software Engineer at Thumbtack, leading the effort to overhaul the server architecture. Before Thumbtack, Dylan was a Staff Software Engineer at YouTube, where he served as the Tech Lead/Manager of the App Server Infrastructure team. He also has experience as a Software Engineer at C.O.R.E. Digital Pictures, creating tools for TV and film production, and at AprilAge, developing features for desktop applications. Dylan's early career included designing and implementing applications to support video surveillance software at Intivid Solutions. He holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Toronto.
