Robert Kelly

Robert Kelly is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and support. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Bit-Wizards since October 2021, Robert previously held various roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, including Infrastructure Service Delivery Analyst and Client Technologies Analyst, where Robert played a key role in IT operations and process optimization. Notable prior experience includes IT Analyst at OfficeMax HQ, providing retail and corporate desktop support, and Sr. Applications Engineer at Goepel Electronics USA, specializing in JTAG hardware/software product support. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at DePaul University.
