Ryding is the founder of the agile method Effect Directive 360, which assists organizations in measuring "time to effect (C)" in business development. Over the years, Ryding has held various significant roles, including leading IT development for regional healthcare in Sörmland, managing digitalization projects for global supply chains in the oil refinery sector, and upgrading compliance tools for public health. Ryding's extensive experience spans multiple sectors including healthcare and public administration, supported by a solid educational foundation in law, business economics, and statistics from Stockholm University and the University of Gothenburg.
