Alejandro Moreau

Director - Information Technology at BITA

Alejandro Moreau has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technology. Alejandro has worked as a Manager - Backend Lead at BITA since 2023, where they are responsible for leading the backend team. Before that, they worked as a Software Development-Technical Lead, and prior to that, as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company.

Alejandro also has experience working as a Freelancer, where they provided services such as design, consultancy, and implementation of information systems in various programming languages and related technologies. Alejandro also worked as a Mobile Application Developer, specializing in real-time chat systems using XMPP communication standards.

Additionally, Alejandro worked as a Consultant and Expert Software Development Consultant at Sofos, where they designed and implemented new requirements for an agricultural resource planning web application. Alejandro also worked as a Full-stack Developer at Agencia Valor Digital, contributing to the design and implementation of a production module for an ERP system.

Furthermore, Alejandro worked as a Full-stack Developer and DBA at Innova4J, where they designed and implemented functionalities for the development platform Spartane. Alejandro also worked as a Lecturer and Teaching Assistant in Programming Languages at Universidad de Carabobo, teaching and assisting students in understanding compilers and low-level implementation.

Alejandro started their career as an Information Systems Analyst at Centro Clínico San José, where they were involved in various tasks such as system implementation, automation of processes, report generation, network management, and recruitment and training of personnel.

Throughout their career, Alejandro has gained experience with various technologies and programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, Flutter/Dart, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Vue.js, .NET C#, Java, Java Forms, and VB.

From 2011 to 2018, Alejandro Moreau attended Universidad de Carabobo, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Alejandro successfully completed their studies and obtained a Licenciado en Computacion degree.
