Gaurav Dahake has a diverse work experience. Gaurav is currently the CEO of Bitbns, a leading cryptocurrency exchange in India. Gaurav started this role in December 2017 and has played a key role in the company's rapid growth and popularity.

Prior to Bitbns, Gaurav founded and served as CEO of Buyhatke, starting in December 2012. Buyhatke is an e-commerce platform that focuses on providing the best deals to consumers.

In 2011, they founded Cleanoventions, a clean energy venture that develops and commercializes efficient clean energy innovations. Gaurav played a crucial role in product conceptualization, team building, market identification, business development, and fundraising through grants and aid.

Gaurav was also a founding team member of Saastev, Hult Prize 2013, where they built a model for a social enterprise to address food insecurity in urban slums. Gaurav'steam was among the top teams selected to pitch for the regional finals.

In 2012, Gaurav was chosen as one of the 100 Innovators Club members at the Moscow International Forum for Innovative Development, showcasing their breakthrough innovations.

Gaurav has also held advisory and internship roles at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management and Dublin City University Business School, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Gaurav served as an Executive Officer and Governing Body Member at Gopali Youth Welfare Society (GYWS), where they aimed to improve the living standards of people in Gopali village, near IIT Kharagpur.

Gaurav has also participated in the Jagriti Yatra, a transformative train journey that brings together India's youth to meet and learn from social and business entrepreneurs across the country.

Lastly, in 2010, Gaurav worked as a Summer Associate at Bajaj Auto Limited. Overall, Gaurav Dahake's work experience spans various industries, including cryptocurrency, e-commerce, clean energy, social entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth development.

Gaurav Dahake completed their Secondary School Certificate from S.B.O.A Public School in 2006. Gaurav then pursued their Higher Secondary Certificate from Deogiri college Aurangabad from 2006 to 2008. Gaurav went on to attend Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
