Ramon A.

Ramon A. has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Ramon worked as a Senior Application Support Engineer at Bitcentral, Inc. from September 2018 onwards. In this role, they provided technical support to customers, developed and deployed custom solutions using React, Node, and external libraries, and integrated in-house systems.

Prior to this, Ramon worked as a Bug Bounty Hunter at Bugcrowd starting in July 2018. As a Bug Bounty Hunter, they used various security research tools and exploits to identify bugs in production applications and reported them to the respective companies for responsible disclosure.

From June 2016 to July 2018, Ramon worked as an IT Technician at SCAN Health Plan. In this position, they provided hardware and software support to employees, worked independently during evening shifts, and utilized specialized processes using the MC400 system.

Ramon also has experience as an IT Consultant. At Xonicwave from April 2015 to January 2016, they supported a Fortune 500 company, multitasked between client technical issues and projects, and worked with Windows and Mac desktops and laptops. From July 2012 to August 2014, Ramon worked as an IT Consultant at 6th Street Consulting.

Ramon A. pursued their education in the field of Computer Science. Ramon attended Long Beach City College from 2012 to 2014 and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, in 2013, they acquired two certifications from Microsoft: MCTS 70-687 Windows 8 Configuring and MCTS 70-680 Windows 7 Configuring.
