We are a National Telecommunications Provider operating an independent Carrier-Grade Fibre, Wireless and Voice Network. We build, maintain and manage our Last Mile Network which spans across South Africa.

We offer services directly to business as well as enable any level of the ICT Channel to maximise their business by leveraging off our Carrier-Grade Fibre, Wireless and Voice Network. In addition, we partner with Open Access Providers across South Africa to offer Fibre to the Home.

Our robust network core is housed in one of SA’s foremost Datacentres. Here, we peer directly with the other major operators as well as NAP Africa, JINX, CINX and DINX. We have international internet breakouts in Johannesburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Cape Town.

The Network Engineering Team at BitCo Telecoms is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing the company's Carrier-Grade Fibre, Wireless, and Voice Network. This team ensures robust network performance and reliability by managing both the Last Mile Network across South Africa and partnerships with Open Access Providers to deliver Fibre to the Home. They also manage network integrations and peerings with major operators and internet exchanges to maintain seamless connectivity and international internet breakouts.

Network Engineering Team

The Sales and Delivery team at BitCo Telecoms is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring seamless service implementation. They handle client acquisition and relationship management, coordinate with businesses and ICT Channel partners, and oversee the delivery of our Fibre, Wireless, and Voice services. The team ensures that all services meet the high standards expected from our Carrier-Grade Network, from initial sales discussions through to final deployment and ongoing customer support.
