BITCO Group is an investment management firm focused on strategic capital allocation, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation.

We partner with businesses, institutions, and investors to identify high-potential opportunities across diversified sectors. Through disciplined investment strategies, strong governance, and performance-driven execution, we deliver measurable progress for our stakeholders.

Our approach combines financial expertise, market insight, and partnership-led collaboration to transform capital into scalable impact.

At BITCO Group, we don’t just invest — we build enduring partnerships that drive progress.
Today, BITCO represents a dynamic platform for investment, development, and service delivery across Iraq and the wider region. Through its diverse business units and strategic partnerships, the group contributes to economic growth, private sector development, and the introduction of global standards across multiple industries.
Between 2004 and 2014, BITCO significantly broadened its scope to support Iraq’s reconstruction and economic revival. During this period, the group became actively involved in turnkey projects, EPC contracting, IT and telecommunications solutions, and real estate development. Through these activities, BITCO supported both government institutions and international companies operating in Iraq’s energy and infrastructure sectors.

This strategic shift enabled the company to transform from a traditional trading enterprise into a multidisciplinary service provider with strong technical, operational, and investment capabilities.
Today, BITCO operates as a modern corporate group combining entrepreneurial agility with professional governance and international standards.

The company maintains a strong presence across multiple locations including Baghdad, Erbil, Dubai, and Auckland, allowing it to support regional procurement, global partnerships, and international investment initiatives.
