Bitcredit Protocol is a non-profit initiative which develops and distributes the free open source protocol software which aims to give Bitcoin a stable currency layer. 

The "wholesale" protocol (Bitcredit eBills) solves working capital and wage fund needs directly between businesses, without middlemen, without a need for fiat money or financial intermediaries. Once workers earn Bitcoin, the retail protocol (Bitcredit eCash) facilitates direct payments, free, instant, censorship-proof, global, and with unlimited scaling.

The entire software stack is open source, peer-to-peer, free, and non-custodial. 
Bitcoin plus Bitcredit will form the complete Bitcoin monetary system.
