Gerald Ng

Gerald Ng is an experienced asset management professional currently serving as the Asset Management Manager at Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR) since December 2025. Previously, Gerald held the position of Deputy Manager at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore from November 2022 to December 2025, leading an Operations and Maintenance team in strategic Life Cycle Management initiatives, procurement, and cost management for over S$8 billion in assets. Prior to this, Gerald contributed as a Deputy Manager and Executive Engineer at LTA from 2018 to 2022, focusing on project audits and asset management improvements across various railway systems. Gerald's career began as a Lead Engineer at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, where significant reductions in maintenance lead time and enhancements in asset reliability were achieved. Gerald holds an MSc in Project Management and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, both from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
