Andy Piftor

Andy Piftor is an experienced Product Owner at Bitdefender, responsible for representing Salesforce teams and developing business-facing documentation. Previously, as a Senior Applications Business Analyst, Andy conducted requirements gathering and design thinking workshops to create user stories for the Salesforce development team.
